INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Amuse Society offers International DHL Worldwide Express (3-5 business days) and USPS shipping. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING INFO

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express or USPS. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation email will provide information on how to track your order. Please contact our customer service team at care@amusesociety.com if you have any questions in regards to tracking your package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Amuse Society within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed. Amuse Society does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Visit our return center here.
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order. 
  3. Check your email for the instructions emailed to you. 
  4. Select the order you would like to return. 
  5. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the pre-paid return shipping label.
  6. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and stick that return label to your return.
  7. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.
